TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Version 1.0 | Published September 27, 2026 | CoLab Work LLC

1. THE PROGRAM

CoLab Work LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("CoLab," "we," "us"), operates a text messaging program under the program name CoLab Work Alerts (the "Program").

By opting in to the Program you agree to these Text Messaging Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. TYPES OF MESSAGES

Participants in the Program may receive:

  • Booking confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes for the conference room
  • Access and credential instructions, including door codes and entry information
  • Billing and account notices, including payment confirmations and past-due notices
  • Facility and safety alerts, including closures, maintenance, building issues, and weather
  • Community updates, events, and occasional promotional messages about CoLab Work

3. HOW TO OPT IN

You may join the Program by:

(a) checking the SMS consent box on a form at colabwheaton.com and submitting your mobile number;
(b) providing your mobile number and giving written or electronic consent during membership enrollment or guest check-in at 285 W Loop Road, Wheaton, Illinois.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CoLab. You can license an office, book a room, or hold a membership without joining the Program.

By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber to, or the customary user of, the mobile number you provide, and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

4. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and bookings. You will receive no more than 10 messages per month.

5. COST

Message and data rates may apply. CoLab does not charge for the Program. Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates apply to every message sent and received. Contact your carrier for details of your plan.

6. HOW TO OPT OUT

Reply STOP to any message to cancel.

After you send STOP you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from the Program.

If you opt out, we may still contact you by email, phone, or mail where necessary to administer an active membership, booking, or outstanding balance.

To rejoin, opt in again using any method in Section 3.

7. HOW TO GET HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance.

You can also reach us at sendhelp@colabwheaton.com or (630) 286-9047 during staffed hours.

8. CARRIERS AND DELIVERY

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Google Fi, and others. Carriers are not required to support the Program and carrier support may change without notice.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or delivered without alteration. Do not rely on text messages as your only source of time-critical information.

9. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and a resident of the United States to participate in the Program.

10. YOUR NUMBER AND YOUR INFORMATION

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information sharing with the subcontractors who transmit our messages and provide customer support is permitted solely to operate the Program.

We maintain a record of the date, time, and method of your opt-in and any opt-out, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you change or give up your mobile number, notify us at sendhelp@colabwheaton.com so we do not send messages to a number that is no longer yours.

Our full Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through the Program.

11. CHANGES AND TERMINATION

We may change or discontinue the Program at any time without notice. We may publish a new version of these Text Messaging Terms; the version in effect at the time you receive a message governs that message. Prior versions remain permanently available at their versioned URLs.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoLab is not liable for any loss, damage, or cost arising from your participation in the Program, including any delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or intercepted message, or any charge assessed by your carrier.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Text Messaging Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.
