CoLab exists because every one of us spent our first decade in business stitching together vendors, fixing broken integrations, and wishing someone had just built the whole thing at once. So we did.
We kept meeting the same founder with the same problem.
Every operator we talked to was juggling the same mess. A mailbox somewhere. A registered agent service they forgot they were paying for. A half-built Squarespace site. A CRM they never populated. An LLC filed through a legal services site they regretted using.
Nobody was shipping software. Nobody was talking to customers. They were wiring things together.
We've built every piece of this stack over the course of our careers — production engineering, operations leadership, custom software, consulting, physical spaces, vertical SaaS. The pieces were always there.
