Twenty seats on the open floor. Gigabit internet and 24/7 access by key fob. Drop in for $25 a day.
Event hosting
The open floor after hours. Tables, chairs, and the kitchen.
P10 Gym Access
Every CoLab membership includes full access to P10 — a premier training facility sharing the building. Lift between meetings, train before the workday, or walk a client onto the floor for a live consult. Twenty feet from the desk.
Golf Simulator
A full-swing golf simulator with course library, launch monitor, and group booking. Practice a round at lunch, host a client, or run a league night.
Sauna & Recovery
On-site sauna access for recovery, decompression, or a proper clearing of the head before a hard afternoon of work. Included with membership — no appointment needed.
