Before you sign up.
Open Office membership is month to month. Give us thirty days' written notice before the end of your billing cycle, and email is fine. We don't prorate the cycle you cancel in. Private offices run for the term in your office agreement, then continue month to month on the same thirty days' notice. The Facility Terms cover leaving during an initial term. Registered agent service is billed by the year.
No. Bring an existing LLC and we'll switch your registered agent and business address. If you haven't formed yet, our $199 LLC formation covers the Illinois state filing and EIN.
