We're ordering furniture now and installing through the fall. Renders are coming. That's the whole reason the first ten seats cost what they cost. If you'd rather wait until it's done, the regular rate will be here when you are.
Bring someone with you.
We pay $100 cash for anyone you refer who signs up monthly, or $150 if they sign annually. Refer someone into a private office and we pay half their first month: $375 for a private office, $500 for Team office 209. Members and non-members are paid the same. Name your referrer when you sign up. We pay after their second paid month.

Founding rates run until the ten seats are claimed or December 31, 2026, whichever comes first. Your rate stays locked while your membership runs without a break. Cancel and you rejoin at the regular rate. Full terms in the Facility Terms and the Founding Member Addendum you sign at enrollment.
